Are you eating enough protein?

Make sure your diet includes protein with every meal.  Even vegans need protein especially in pregnancy. Try yogurt for breakfast, fish for supper.  Legumes are also a good source.  This is one of the rules for Happy meals.  A lack of protein in your diet can contribute to Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. http://www.gentlebirth.org/archives/pih.html#Protein
