Do you want a reputable child care provider? Just to let you know there are many resources for finding a dependable and qualified provider. Check out Care.com this website lets providers post their services and if you are looking to hire you can post to hire someone for your home. They do reference checks and background checks on the providers. All you have to do is go to the site and put in your zip code and a list of providers will be provided that you can contact. Hot off the press!!! Boston University researchers identify possible contributors to the higher incidence of aggressive breast cancers in African American women who have two or more children and never breastfed; they are 50% risk of developing more aggressive hard to treat breast cancers. Breastfeeding can reduce the risk of developing the aggressive, difficult-to-treat breast cancers that disproportionately affect African American women. Wow that is an impressive study. Prenatal Imprinting - What do you think? Is it possible to make fetuses more open-minded or more inclined to play a certain instrument? Prenatal education is not a new term, however it is beginning with pregnancy in utero educating your fetus. Infants and children can be more inclined to like certain music, books and art if they are exposed in utero. Does classical music rewire the brain? What are your thoughts on this subject? Share any experiences you had with your children.

Make sure your diet includes protein with every meal. Even vegans need protein especially in pregnancy. Try yogurt for breakfast, fish for supper. Legumes are also a good source.
